Sanitary: Toilet and shower on the hall (for all rooms except Napoleon).
Kitchen: Includes use of refrigerator, cooking station, and a private storage drawer per room.
Cleaning: Common areas are cleaned several times a week. Guests are responsible for cleaning their own rooms.
Laundry: Bed linen included (must be laundered by the guest). Washing machine and dryer available on-site.

Community: Use of the guest lounge, co-working zone, and relaxation area is included.
Supplies: Dish soap and laundry detergent are provided.
Internet & Parking: Wi-Fi throughout the house and parking are free of charge.
